Made-to-Order Apparel
Our apparel is made to order and prepared through a third-party fulfillment partner. Production begins after an order is accepted.
Please review your design, color, style, size, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
Shipping Rates
Single-Item Orders
A flat shipping fee of $10 applies to orders containing one item.
Multiple-Item Orders
Purchasing two or more items? Please contact us before placing your order to request a customized shipping quote.
Visit our Contact page and select "Multiple-Item Order & Shipping Quote." Include the items, quantities, sizes, and shipping ZIP code so we can assist you.
Your shipping quote will be provided before payment.
Processing & Delivery
Because our apparel is made to order, production and shipping times are separate.
Estimated processing and delivery times will be provided once confirmed with our fulfillment partner. Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be shared when available.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, all sales are generally final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizes selected at checkout, or personal preferences.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we want to make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item and any damage
Once the issue has been reviewed, eligible orders may receive a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
If a return is necessary due to a verified fulfillment error, Love On Me will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted before production begins. Once an item enters production, cancellation may no longer be possible.
